Blanca Ayón, moved From Mexico to the United States as a teenager. Blanca graduated early and with honors from Richmond High School in January 2024. During her time in high school, Blanca completed a professional accounting course, which prepared her to take the first step toward her long-term goal of becoming an accountant.

She currently serves as an accounting and administrative assistant for the Working Waterfront Coalition, where she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in her field.
