Blanca supports program coordination and student services for the Working Waterfront Coalition’s maritime workforce training program. Working closely with program leadership, instructors, and workforce partners, she helps keep operations organized and participants connected to the information and resources they need throughout their training. She also provides administrative support to the finance team. She brings thoughtfulness and dependability to her work with both participants and the team behind the program.

She currently serves as an accounting and administrative assistant for the Working Waterfront Coalition, where she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in her field.
