Chuck Carpenter came to Working Waterfront following a 30 year career as a Union commercial construction superintendent and a12 year commitment to WorkforceTraining program development and management. These programs include the DOLJob Corps,Community College funded and City sponsored pre apprenticeship.

Chuck’s experience in including employers in program development, having current and former industry professionals teach their craft and participant training that includes job skills, personal and professional development is included in wwc’s curriculum.
