Jill Perry

Budget and Contracts Administrator

Jill is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in governmental and grants financial management. Her career is built on a solid foundation in workforce development grant programs funded by federal, state and local agencies. As the Budget and Contracts Administrator for the Working Waterfront Coalition she brings extensive experience in developing and implementing financial review processes, maintaining financial and reporting compliance, as well as budget development and oversight for large-scale grant-funded projects.

Having recently retired from a long career in public service, and in addition to her work with Working Waterfront Coalition, Jill serves as Treasurer for the Construction Trades Workforce Initiative. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, she is dedicated to empowering local communities by helping women build family-sustaining careers in the trades.
