Ms. Viramontes has 20+ years in workforce/business development and public service. She has played crucial roles in helping business with job retention, tax credits and hiring incentives. She has provided leadership and direction to workforce/economic development programs, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations focused on improving the quality of life for community residents through training, education, career path counseling and employment.

Her current role: Business Development Manager for the Working Waterfront Coalition (WWC). In her spare time, she serves on two boards: Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences and Weigh of Life. She also is a social media content creator and influencer.
